Data Submission Flow

This page will serve as an information center for the full data submission flow for all sites in IMPACT-MH. Below you will see diagrams detailing each step in the data submission process, and the prerequisites for each step.

Step 1: Pre-Submission Communication & Prep
Requirements:
- Data Use Agreement completed
- Data structures finalized
- Data managers/submitters selected for sponsored Yale account

Step 2: Submission Template Generation
Requirements:
- Data is prepared & de-identified
- Note: De-identification occurs automatically w/wizaRdry
- R, RStudio, and wizaRdry installed and setup (not applicable to non-wizaRdry sites)
- Note: wizaRdry is recommended to heavily reduce manual processing of data

Step 3: U01 Submission to DCC
Requirements:
- Sponsored Yale account setup for each data manager (guide here).
- Submission templates prepared.

Requirements (For U01s):
- Finalized participant count for data structures shared with DCC.
